hard time today

i am tired of hospitals, docs and tests that all come with no answers why i m still sick. i try to be postive but i hit the bottom beucase i had no choice to live alone for my safety, and my mom, my young sister support me and take me in again to live together again. i dropped out of college becuase they in college not want to be respoionble for me being sick stuff like that. i want to learn animation, drawing, painting, and write my stories and see them alive on animation at least i can walk again with cane but i m still in pain regardless of that. my friends dont know how to deal with me and not want invite me to any places or any public be

i dont know which is better ipad to draw on or mac ipad? i m not good with technogloy terms. so please vote or suggest other ? i have orginal sketchpapers lot of it but i would try draw on computer or something ? i do want to improve my art skills ...
